HTCRatings, standing for HomeOwner Tenant Community Ratings, was created to foster accountability between homeowners and tenants. We've all heard stories of positive and negative experiences from both sides of the rental equation. It struck me that there was a lack of accountability - instances of tenants mistreating properties or homeowners taking advantage of tenants.
